Dr. Shelby Martin received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Animal Science from the University of Florida prior to attending veterinary school at Lincoln Memorial University in East Tennessee. After graduation in June 2020, she moved back to the north-central Florida area, and began her career as a veterinarian. Although, she has only been in practice a short time, she has found a passion in soft tissue surgery, preventative medicine, with a growing interest in breeding/reproductive medicine and internal medicine.

Family is everything to Dr. Martin, and when she is not helping her patients, she is spending time with her husband, Cory, and two sons, Wyatt and Levi. They love spending their free time together outdoors, whether it’s at the beach, on a lake, or camping and riding four-wheelers. You can also find them on their farm in Williston, where they have three dogs, four cats, a conure, a horse, four goats, two pigs, and two cows.
